Any idea if the customization abilities will include the ability to edit logos, uniforms, player info, etc on a PC, rather than having to do everything on the console? Allowing users to import/export that way would go a LOOOONG way towards making it a non-licensed game like this more competitive with Madden, since it would make the process of creating NFL teams infinitely faster than having to do it with a PS3/XBox 360 controller on a console...

No PC editor, and probably has a lot to do with the licensing issue. You have to do everything within the game's editor.
It will be a lot like Forza's editor, if you're familiar with that.

Cant wait myself...I think i will jump in exhibition and just run like 30 times in a row to see how the AI reacts and if the "never the same tackle" thing is actually that.
