On paper, yes, they're pretty terrible with that pitching staff. There are actually 4 or 5 teams with worse records in my season, though. Most notably the '84 Padres (end of May was 15-36) and the '77 Rangers (18-32). At one point the Rangers had a 15-game losing streak (give or take a game or two, I can't remember). The top under-achiever so far has been the '75 Big Red Machine (18-32 through May, as well). I would have thought they'd be near the top of the NL.
