Re: Blue Jays Baseball

Youtube won't let me upload game two of the series against Philly so:

We walked off again and this time it was Arencibia hitting a homerun in the bottom of the 10th inning. The final score was 4-3 and Brad Lincoln picked up the win while Antonio Bastardo took the loss for the Phillies. Cliff Lee held the Jays in check for most of the game minus a two-run home-run off the bat of Jose Bautista in the 3rd inning.

Jays Call-up Loup, Option Delabar

Toronto -- After the conclusion of their extra-inning win against the Phillies on Saturday afternoon, the Toronto Blue Jays announced that they have optioned right handed reliever Steve Delabar to Triple-A Buffalo and called up left handed reliever Aaron Loup from Double-A New Hampshire. The move comes as no surprise as Delabar had been going through struggles coming out of the bullpen. Here's what manager John Farrell had to say about this roster move:

Farrell Sits Down With Media Following Win Against Miami

Miami -- John Farrell will be appearing shortly for a post-game press conference. Here is John Farrell now as he takes a seat behind the microphone.

That's it from today's post-game meeting. The Jays take on the Marlins in game two of the three game set at the ugly Marlins Park tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 on Sportsnet Ontario and East only.
