Marlins Call-Up Jansen From Rehab Stint

The Miami Marlins have announced that Sascha Jansen has been called back up to the big league club after a two game rehab stint in Triple-A. Jansen suffered an arm injury sliding into second base early in spring training and is expected to be ready to play and in the lineup for the Marlins' upcoming road series against the Cincinnati Reds.

Bryan Peterson has been sent down to Triple-A to make room on the roster for Jansen, and struggling outfielder Giancarlo Stanton has been demoted to a bench role indefinitely.
