Tovarich: I think it became apparent very early in the game that the usual patterns were emerging. Excessive offensive rebounds for them. We didn't make a 3 in the first half. 0-7. We improved to 2-11 in the 2nd half. We shot 0% when we had a chance to tie or take the lead. Had a great look as time expired after they scored. It hit the rim about 4 times and rattled out, predictably. I knew we'd miss. We missed every other tying shot, many of which were layups. You could see it all coming. +17 turnovers, +17 shots and that was just to have a change, although not really, to maybe heave in a 3 as time expired to go to overtime.
Reporter: You usually claw your way back and win all these games where you claim to know the patterns of the game, why not today?
Tovarich: Because this team is insanely good, way better than we are even. But after about 15 missed layups, you can just tell. When you can't hit a 3, you can just tell. When you get a miss, but they just keep getting it back until they score, you can tell. When they score 100% of the time you're within a score, you can tell. But that team's way better than their seed and they're quite a bit more talented than we are.
Reporter: So, will you be expecting a power job offer or you'll be back?
Tovarich: I don't know. We'll see who calls. No follow ups to that.
