Breaking News

The Phoenix Suns have continued to shake up their roster, as they have reportedly traded C Marcin Gortat and PG Diante Garrett to the Boston Celtics for SG Courtney Lee and rookie PF Jared Sullinger. A 2014 first-round pick has also been sent from Boston to Phoenix as well.

The Celtics were definitely in need of a center who can score when needed and rebound, and Gortat definitely helps out in that department.

Yes you may.

Update

Sorry for the lack of progress lately, I've been sick so I've been in bed sleeping most of the time. I'm feeling hell of a lot better tonight so I'll get some games in and updated the roster pics on page 6. Sorry for the delay guys.

Updated the Free agents list, they are accurate as of 11/7/2012 game time

Updated team rosters on Page 6 of this thread. I will be transferring all rosters into the format I remade for Boston, Orlando and Phoenix as it's easier to manager when players are signed, released and traded.

Post Game Quotes
-----

"The guys needed me to step up in the 4th quarter when the game got tight. Jrue [Holiday] and [Blake] Kolumber pulled me aside and told me it was my time. I wanted to make sure we stayed undefeated so I took over," Andrew Bynum commented in regards to his big 4th quarter.

Reporters also caught up with a dejected Eric Gordon who stated, "That was tough. We were down all game. To claw our way back, to tie and take the lead in the 4th quarter only to run out of gas. That hurts. No one here likes losing. We need to get back in the gym, practice hard and turn things around."

Coach Doug Collins remarked on his team giving up a 16 point lead, "It was disappointing to see that big lead we had all came vanish. I told the team after the game they should be happy they won but don't feel great. We could easily have lost that one tonight. We've got some work to do to get better at not taking our foot off the throttle."

"I love this team! I love being the spark off the bench. I'm glad Philadelphia signed me and hopefully I'll be back next year. To lead the team in scoring tonight feels great but I got to get better on the other side of the ball. We all do. We need to get better defensively. We will though." All this was said by an excited Nick Young who scored 22 points tonight leading the 76ers in points.

"Back to the drawling board," head coach Monty Williams said about his team's 1-3 start to the season.

Re: mrblakevincent's Interactive NBA Franchise

UPDATE

Gonna be playing some games tonight. Halfway through playing the Boston Celtics now. Gonna post the weekly game recap after I get up the Celtics recap. A trade has taken place between the Knicks and Orlando and one of their GM's should be posting a small news brief on it in the next 24 hours I'd imagine. A big name is on the move! As well, I'm gonna be posting a fun news story that will shake up the NBA and the Western Conference!

See you guys in a bit. As well, funnyfiggy - I'll add your CAP after the Celtics game.
