Tough injury to Embiid, though -- really going to be hard to keep him on the floor it looks like. Okafor becomes important now ... can you really afford to move on from him with Embiid out again?
Thanks for the reply I got very excited when I saw someone had posted lol I was looking for a excuse to keep Okafor and now that he is getting starter minutes I am going to keep him for atleast this year. Holmes and Saric so far have been just kind of average so far and Okafor is a better scorer especially when user controlled.

I spent way more time then I should have talking and looking at trades for other teams and I still have a few more to post. I was stingy with the trades I made and tried to look out for what's best for both teams.

I need some help

I decided to sim a game or two on the day of the trade deadline even though I was going to make several more trades. Well when I did that it went past the trade deadline even though I was still on the day. I wasn't worried and figured I could just turn off the trade deadline and make a few more before turning it back on. Well its still not letting me make trades even after I waive the trade deadline? Does anyone know what to do? I have tried everything that I know of to make it work.

Hmm. Have you simmed forward a day after turning off the deadline? Usually when I turn off a rule I have to sim forward to get it to take effect.

Re: 2k18 - 76ers "the process needs results"

Trade Alert

Knicks (13th seed in East)

The Knicks have had Ramon Sessions and Doug Mcdermott starting as you can imagine that hasn't worked so well. With the logjam at Center the Knicks tried desperately to trade someone all year and ending up having to settle a little bit. Terrance Ferguson is a 19 year old rookie who will come in and start the rest of the year. He will likely be shifted toward a bench role next year, but will gain a lot of experience the rest of the way. The pick from the Bulls should be at the top of the 2nd round and fetch another solid prospect. Singler had to be added for salary reasons and will come off the books after next year.

Thunder (4th in West)

The Thunder have had minor injures from Westbrook and Robinson this year and was desperate for some help down low. Quinn will be provide some toughness and rebounding down low and insurance incase Adams gets hurt. Beasley is on a 1 year deal and will be another nice bench piece. They also get rid of Singlar's salary and the 2nd round picks wont help them beat the Warriors and Rockets

Other Trade News

The Raptors have traded Lucas Nogueria and a 2nd round pick to the Mavericks for PG J.J Barea. Lucas has signed a multi year extension with the Mavericks.

Yea that's the first thing I did was sim forward a few days and even closed out the game. I thought maybe it had something to do with me not turning it off till after the deadline was over. I was very bummed out as I had a few more trades I was about to make.

Definite bummer. You'll have to wait till the offseason then, unless you have a fallback save (I tend to make one before the trade deadline, contract extension deadline, the start of the playoffs in case of problems, and at very points in the offseason).

Re: 2k18 - 76ers "the process needs results"

76ers are definitely a team on the rise -- look at Ben Simmons getting into the All Star game!

Embiid being in the top five in blocks is great too, but him being injured ain't.
