Saw a thing on NFL.com where scouts project Jeff Driskel as the #2 QB taken if he comes out next year (as long as he's healthy). Unbelievable that scouts see the talent and the coaching staff can't develop it.

He was the #1 QB coming out of HS, sad thing is he has looked like a deer in headlights in the UF offense. To be honest I can't remember the last time a QB played poorly in college then went on to have a good NFL career.

I'm starting to believe this is coaching though…when is the last time a QB looked good for Florida. Since Tebow it's been a bunch of suck.

I agree sports, but my point was this isn't the NBA and I don't remember the last time a QB specifically was drafted on potential.

Oh, I gotcha…I don't know if he will. The article I read was a bunch of scouts ranking different positions and he was listed the #2 guy coming out. I think it's crazy to even talk about it at this point since no one knows who's coming out/who breaks out/etc, but I thought it interesting that they even see the potential in him when he's looked so poor so far.
