Just by mascots alone, Invisalign should have been the official sponsor of the Las Vegas Bowl.

I really hope that Brohm keeps Mark Ivey on the defensive staff

Yes applying the transitive property in college football bowls when teams have 30+ players out is the same thing as the committee using transitive property for the entirety of it's existence and what voters basically had to do in the BCS era.

I know you're joking, but that doesn't make it any less of a reality that that's how it is.

So what you are saying is you can not in fact use transitive property? Things change, not every game is easy to compare?

Dunno why you can't get over this point, it's pretty cut and dry.

Voters in the room use the transitive property and have since it's inception. Period.

Voters during the BCS era used the transitive property all the time. Period.

Voters often-times put teams that lost a close head to head above the team they lost to, again because of the transitive property.

It's a part of college football whether you agree with it or not and has been going back as long as anybody can remember, period, full stop.

If you don't like it or agree with it, that's one things. Acting like it hasn't been this way for 100 years is another.

This was never what the discussion was about. I never once argued that people didn't use transitive property.

The original discussion was you using transitive property to act like certain schools from the middle ranks of the SEC were better than the top schools in other conferences. All I said was there is plenty of data out there that shows transitive property really does not apply to sports all too well. You disagreed.

It's not worth us continuing this discussion. My disagreement at that time was the same as the one I just gave, "like it or not that's how it is so it matters."

Re: 2022 Bowl Season Discussion Thread

Arkansas absolutely went into chicken **** mode and almost choked the game away, but the pro-Kansas officiating was pathetic, between not overturning the non-fumble and the BS “targeting” call in OT.
