If you have 20/20 vision are you automatically disqualified from being an ACC official? Why have intentional grounding be a rule if it isn't enforced?

Again, college officiating is a joke. In no world is that not a safety, but ACC officials when they see a QB getting tackled 100% in the end zone, "NO SAFETY!!"

Virginia tried to fumble it away but they got two defensive stops. Heels go down at home to Virginia who hadn't beaten an FBS team this year

I changed to another game and was shocked to find out they didn’t give Miami that safety? Wow. Thought it was obvious.
