Re: Conference Championship Week

I think no matter what happens tonight now, the committee actually has some tough decisions to make for once. Usually it all worked out nicely for them, and there really hasn't been much of any controversy.

I'm a little disappointed though because I was rooting for one final traditional Michigan-Washington Rose Bowl and now they'll be 1-2

Re: Conference Championship Week

Now the question is...if FSU loses, does the SEC still get two teams in? Georgia over Texas?

Re: Conference Championship Week

Fun game. I thought Milroe would have to do more with his legs to win, but he passed well enough and the defense was outstanding.

Go Louisville!

No way. Texas needs to be in

The SMU/Liberty debate will also be tough for them. Liberty played the world's easiest schedule, though this is SMU's first win of significance also. I expect they'd give it to SMU, which I'd agree with.

Might as well plant a Bama flag on top of Mercedes Benz Stadium.

They own that stadium, not Georgia and damn sure not the Falcons lol

Re: Conference Championship Week

I think Bama is in no matter what happens tonight. I just don't see a one-loss SEC champion being left out.

That said, I'm hoping FSU wins impressively tonight, just to give the committee something to think about.

Re: Conference Championship Week

We all know it won't happen, but if FSU and Michigan both win, it should be Michigan, Washington, FSU, and Texas. They're not going to leave the SEC out, though.
