Why are we even talking about the NCAA "needing hard evidence" in this case. This case seems to be up this point the most substantial of ANY case we've seen yet against a school. I don't think a lack of evidence is going to be the problem in this case.

The NCAA has to do their own investigation. They cannot go by one guys word. They have to make sure what the guy says is true.

Part of me is relieved that Malcolm Bunche isn't on that list of 15. I would hate to lose a player because he was getting paid elsewhere, though I do wish he was at Rutgers at the moment.

A boat isn't a yacht and money wasn't taken from Nevin, so someone else could have "given" it to him or it could be "found".
