I don’t doubt that.

It’s moreso is he a big enough to have his own brand AND it be successful, especially if it’s supposed to be their version of Nike and Jordan? I’m looking at it from the standpoint that there are bigger name athletes than him, who’ve accomplished way more than he has and they don’t have their own brand outside of Sneakers. I mean for Tech, it’s good for them because that’s his alma mater but I don’t see it going beyond that.

I mean, by that measure, Michael Jordan got his own brand as a rookie, 11 games into his first season.

As one of the most successful QBs in recent history with multiple records, two rings, two league MVP awards, two Super Bowl MVP awards, and a NATIONALLY recognizable figure, why shouldn't Mahomes get his own brand?

Again, it was just a rumor that I saw so I have no idea what percentage of it is true.

But I think that yes, Mahomes right now is a bigger star than Michael Jordan was when "Air Jordan" started.

Come on man, you’re smart enough to know exactly what I’m talking about, lol.

1. Jordan got a SNEAKER line his rookie year. Big difference between the two.

2. Mahomes has his own sneaker line, which BTW don’t really sell that much. But to be fair, MOST Football player shoe lines rarely do sell, which is why most don’t waste their time with one. The last one to do so was Randy Moss and he was signed to Jordan’s Jumpman Brand, which he didn’t get until 13-14 years AFTER he signed his initial deal with Nike

3. Brady has more accolades than probably any player that played and even that TB12 **** was selling.

4. You’re bringing up something that I didn’t even argue nor compare, not to mention it leaves out quite a few differences.

So yeah, it’s very fair to question whether Mahomes Brand can be successful.

And I'm just saying that in today's society, given his national recognizability and accomplishments, it absolutely could be successful.

It would also take a handful years of visible success to start calling it "the next Jordan".

Re: College Football Off Topic

Football players, don’t sell regardless of how successful they are, is my point.

He wouldn’t be any different, if this were to come true which I don’t think it will.

Probably just some unnecessarily complicated legal nonsense, but Sparty's told Tucker they "intend to fire him with cause". I guess it's not nice to surprise him so we tell him first or something.

$79 million. Poof. Gone.

All because Tucker couldn’t keep it tucked at work.
