It pretty much is at this point. The entire Coastal division is garbage. BC an Wake are also garbage. I don't trust Maryland at all, and the rest can be a crapshoot on any day of the week.

Alabama, Oregon, Louisville, Ohio St.

I hope Miss St goes undefeated. My boy from high school Corey Broomfield is the starting safety/CB there. 25# he's a ball hawk an I wish him the best.

The ACC is atrocious, it's tough to be worse than the BE, yet they somehow managed to accomplish that.

I believe Oklahoma and USC will have something to say about that last pick.

They both suck and neither will have a undefeated team by the end of the year. The undefeated BE teams don't any great wins either, if any BE teams ever want a shot at a NC team then they will need a top 15 Non conference SOS.

Except the way it's set up now, there is a very good shot an undefeated BE team goes into the Title Game.

Most of the Top 10 still has games left against themselves and can easily take each other out.

If RU and UL are undefeated going into their game in November, odds are the winner will have a great shot for the National Title.

Also you talk about the OOC scheduling?

You can make the same argument about most conferences:

In the P12 here are the top-25 teams that the ranked P12 teams play (excluding playing each other)

Oregon: no ranked OOC opponents
Oregon St: Wisconsin
USC: Notre Dame
Stanford: Notre Dame

So the P12 scheduled Wisconsin and Notre Dame ... who were 10 and unranked in last year's BCS final standings. And the BE has scheduled Arkansas and Va Tech, who were 6 and 11 in last year's BCS final standings.

No one really expected Arkansas and Va Tech to implode (and based on recent history, no one should have expected UND to be so highly ranked).

Re: Undefeated Teams Left ... Who Can Go All the Way?

I feel like Alabama and maybe K-State are the only majors with a shot.

I think Florida would likely lose in the SEC Championship game if they make it.

As for Oregon, I don't really have a sense of how good they are right now. The OOC schedule was awful, and the real meat of their schedule is yet to come. It'll be interesting to see if they have the depth to get through that (minus Colorado) stretch and possibly beat USC twice.

BTW-Oregon's OoC schedule was partially so awful because K-State backed out of a game before the start of the year. Ducks had to play Tennessee Tech instead. Can you get extra points for a ranked team ducking you?

This also affected some of the Big East teams' OOC schedules and FSU's. Cincy was supposed to play Ohio State this year, but they backed out and played UCF instead. FSU was supposed to play WVU, but WVU dropped out when they went to the Big 12 and had to cancel one of their four non-conference games.
