Tomorrow will be exactly 4 weeks into the process for me. I call and the automated guy tells me that console has been received and is being repaired. Anybody else have this long of a wait? I guess the bad thing for Microsoft is that I don't play a ton to begin with and I'm starting to not really care when it gets back...I'm sure there are quite a few people like me out there.

Nah, my wait was only 18 days. MS sent me a replacement box.

Actually I wasn't, I've given up that MS just sucks. On this particularly 360 they sent me one with a defective DVD drive to replace the one with the RROD, so they kept me in their advanced customer service.

The time before that, I was ****ing livid and got placed with their advanced customer service. Next time, I am just going to sue in small claims court.

The coffin arrived today. I was surprised as it's back to the original coffin. The last time they just sent a smaller box that the 360 could fit in.

I took it to the Post Office as UPS goes there every day. I was too late, though, and our friend works there and she said UPS will pick it up tomorrow. I couldn't say no to a friend.
