this really makes no sense to me if MS is not adding and HD-DVD drive, I mean the only thing your getting is an HDMI port and a different color 360, the bigger HD is going to be sold seperate, so what are you getting for that price? No wifi bulit in, I mean come on, at least included the built in wifi.

That's what I mean, you are then paying $130 for a new color and a bigger HDD. Just doesn't make sense to me. If the Premium stays $399, then it makes more sense.

Looking at the PS3 SKU's.... $500 gets you 20 gig HDD, while $600 gives you 60 gig HDD, built in Wi-Fi, and a card reader. So now on the 360 side, assuming a $50 price drop, you get basic for $249, $349 gets you basic plus 20 gig HDD, component cables, and a head set, and then $479 gives you a 120 gig HDD, and a HDMI cable.

Well some people here paid 100 bucks for just a HDD not even that large, so did that make sense?

No, it doesn't, $100 for a 20 gig HDD is insane. I would bet that the 120 gig will be $200, which is also insane.

Totally. All the accessory prices are insane to me though Ex. Thats how they make their money though.

MS almost certainly won't include Wi-fi. Why would they when they are making money on all their overpriced adapters. I'm kinda disappointed in this, just HDMI, a larger HD, and a new color. Of course we still don't have all the details, does it have the 65nm chips, and is it ANY quieter at all. Those are the two biggest concerns for me right now.

Luckily its not an issue for me right now either, but it would still be nice.
