odubel herrera has been tearing it up at ss. he is a lefty and bats 2nd for me. he is battin .330 and has a solid sorta non conventional stance. his rating is 72.

billy burns is a very good leadoff hitter. he is way better at this than real life. his stance is great and he is battin .335. his rating is 76 and his defense is 2nd to none with speed of 91.

darin ruff was a solid player for me. all three of these i got from the 10th anniversary edition bonus packs. i dont play him anymore, but miss his bat. he is solid in the clutch. his rating is 71 but his hitting stats are solid.

a silver that is solid is josh harrison at 3rd. he is rated 83 and hits well for avg but doesnt have a ton of homerun power.

I was actually better with JD Martinez before he got updated. Before his update through 40 games i was hitting .565 with him and had 8 hr's. After the update his avg for me has gone all the way down to .365 and I haven't hit a hr with him since.

I just turned my team into an All Rookie Team, and after two games Franco is batting 600 with two homers, Travis is batting 750, and Billy Burns is batting 500. Obviously small sample size, but certainly a pleasant surprise.

Syndergaard got one of my two starts and was absolutey nuts. Hits 100 regularly with the fastball, and I felt like his control was better than most of the golds I was using.

Billy Burns - .350
Ben Revere - .360
Joe Mauer - .420
Will Clark - .290 (not a surprise)
Hunter Pence - .270 (surprisingly low)
Maikel Franco/Matt Duffy - both under .200
Brandon Crawford - .410 (most surprising, still hitting eighth for some reason)
Most surprising pitchers are Matt Cain - 5-0 with around a 1.20 ERA and Charlie Furbush (who I had to sell to complete the Giants collection) - 0 ER, and 10 saves.

The lack of arm strength in LF and CF is painful though.
