Yeah because the scholarship player total was 11K-ish.

In other news, someone did a records request with Wyoming to see what they submitted.

Typical stuff like songs, photos of rivalry trophies, and players touching the statue when they walk out.

The *interesting* bit is that apparently EA also asked schools for pictures of their locker room, and even pictures of old players like Josh Allen.

I assume the old players are for CFUT.

But could we get cutscenes in detailed, authentic locker rooms (pre-game, halftime)?

Been hoping to see the official cfb account mentioned that. Since it was 10 last month very believable

I could see the lockerrooms for pregame walks. I want to believe that I don't think they could possibly rendered so many lockerrooms. Are they really striving to put that much effort into this game, especially considering how many schools there are. But, then I remember that they have had 3+ years of development to lay down a strong foundation to build off of. I believe that the game being delayed was a great thing.

Speaking of cut scenes, I hope/wish they move towards real time presentation and away from the cuts between plays like in Madden. Or at least have a vast variety of cutscenes. With bands, fans, and having 130+ teams, I wouldn't want to see the same recycled cutscenes every game for every team. I hope the jump to current gen only really expands what they can do

I really wish there was dev diaries for this game before release. I would be interested in see the process it took in each phase of development.

So according to the guy that asked Wyoming (he replied to me on Twitter), what EA sent them said the various photos could be used for loading screens.

Maybe they will increase the rosters to 95 man rosters.
My guess is it was in the legal contract that you don’t get paid unless they put you on the roster. That gives the roster makers some flexibility to pick between a generated player that’s good or a walk on Lower rated
