We can change names, but has it been confirmed that we can use any first and last name combination. Example, I know that no one has a unique name. There are hundreds of people that have the same first last name. So anyone named Arch Manning(before he sighed couldn't use their own name). Does this apply to anyone that have the same name as a player who didn't sign?

I'm not taking this as a final word on the game though, because this was a playtest and not the final build of the game that will be released.

I wish these Streamers would point out that they're playing a test, build of the game and not the release version that everyone's paid for.

Most of them do say something similar to "Reminder, I am playing an old build".

At least the ones I've watched.

to be upfront 26 will likely be real coaches and maybe loose up the edits
then if 26 drops in sales 27 or 28 might be full edit for the Fake guys

Yeah I'm still holding out small hope. But I've started reaching out to influence them and let them know that ratings and number editing needs to be added through twitter and EA forums.

Exactly this. Contradictions galore. Don't tell me a mode can't allow something, and then an entire other mode (maybe two) entirely allow it, moreover, it's the entire point of said mode.

People really need to understand how the last lawsuit came about. It wasn't one player that sued. It was a class action lawsuit that like 20+ former players were plaintiffs on. The game isn't going to be in jeopardy because you created Barry Sanders because randomly you got a number 21 at Oklahoma State that you put his name on. If the rumor is true and there is 10 or so generic players per team, we are talking 1000+ real players that could be created if full editing is allowed. That's a class action lawsuit.

What is more likely? EA wants to control number editing somehow despite the fact you have had full editing in games for like 20 years now? Or, some lawyer is saying you have to limit what is editable to prevent the same thing from happening again? I know people hate EA but geez.
