The helmets were different. Had green wings instead of chrome wings. There was an in game screenshot leaked before Oregon had revealed them, but for some reason they weren't in the update. So they clearly made the helmet, but it isn't in the game.

Yep. I've been trying to start a new Teambuilder dynasty for a few days and it just stalls when importing the school into dynasty.

Too bad.

This is why I wanted an offline Teambuilder, but guessing that's because they don't want people doing real players on the Teambuilder website or something like that. Hopefully in 26 that will change and EA are just playing it safe for first year back.
