This is actually for recruiting. I'm going to keep your thread you opened up, you can use that for running issues. Thanks Tim!

2-Star Program: Can only target 3-Star Recruits
3-Star Program: Can only target 3 & 4-Star Recruits
4-Star Program: Can target any 3 or 4-Star Recruit. Can only target a 5-Star recruit if he is in a pipeline state.
5 & 6 Star Program: Can target anyone
Don't know where you heard that...there are only 25 or so 5 star recruits this year, unlike previous years when there were 100+.

A previous poster mentioned that he only saw 11 5-star recruits. Does it fluctuate from year-to-year of a dynasty? I think anywhere between 15 and 25 5-stars is perfect.

I followed this basic formula last night. Although wanted to see what everyone thought about allowing One Star teams to recruit three stars, but with percentage restrictions (like no more than 10-15% max).

There are only 11-12 in the season recruiting, but in the offseason, I think there were 26.

Re: Recruiting strategies, tips, etc...

I started my dynasty last night with FSU and they are known for amazing recruits, I believe the best last year, and I am 3 weeks deep into my franchise. I love this in-season recuiting, basically all i did was recruit the positions I needed, in hope to get some. Like if I needed 1 I went for 2 and so on. Is there still after season recruiting? I am loving this game a lot so far!

This is going to sound pretty lame...but when do you find out what your pipeline is? Or where can you find it out?
