no you can be any team, no matter the conference and you can not make your own conference, there are no custom conferences.

lol, i have a few text files with NCAA stuff on it for the common questions(although not too many people ask about prestige levels)

but i have all the alternate unis with the pictures that are available, all the stadiums that are not in the game, stuff like that.

how does the file itself work? My first year I have 3 human opponents and the rest cpu. When it's my turn to play a cpu opponent, do I sign on and play an online game against the cpu? I didn't think you could play online games against the cpu? I'm worried that they are gonna hook me up with some random user out there to control the team I'm playing against. I don't get how I can go online and play against the cpu? how are they going to manage this?

from what i got when the devs explained it, once a week start, the player will log into the OD and "download" the needed files. after that, you don't have to be online anymore. the human vs cpu games are not online, its the same as if you were playing an offline dynasty, except or can't manually save, it will automatically save(and upload if your sign-in online) after you finished the game or done with recruiting.

How do you stop cheaters. I mean if someone is playing the computer and they lose what stops them from resetting and starting over?

The system keeps track of that and all users in the dynasty will see how many restarts occurred.
