the commish chooses which team you are so as long as you all agree what team you are all going to be beforehand this won't be a problem.

Oh God I just thought about how impossible it is going to be to try to get people's non-conf games scheduled, what with trying to schedule teams that may already have games scheduled etc. etc.

the commissioner also sets the schedules for everyone, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Yeah, I'm just saying, people want to play X team in X week, they have to ask me to do it. Then I find out X team already has a game that week vs someone, can't do it. Have to go back to them and find out what else they want. Etc. etc.

just have them post their top 8 teams they want to face or something, you could just go down their list and hope it works out.

no, but i guess they can send messages to you through Live(I'm guessing your going to be playing it on 360). also when your in your online dynasty menus, you can voice chat with everyone that connected to it at the time. or you could try and get your people to a forum and you could make a thread for them to post it in, or they can email them to you.

I believe Ben over at ncaastrategies said that members of an online dynasty have the option to export draft classes from their previous season, for every season they play.
