Is the dreaded "Greased Pig Animation" still in NCAA 10?

Please oh sweet Football Gods on high, let this and the dreaded "Jump the Snap" be forever banished from all things NCAA for now and forever.


By far, the two cheesiest, most unrealistic additions to the NCAA series over the years.


Please EA guys...tell me you removed these two horrid pieces from the game.


And before OMT or someone asks "What is the greased pig animation?"...

It's the animation that is programmed in where my DB when going after a ball carrier suddenly stumbles and fumbles like he's trying to catch a greased pig.

This animation usually happens multiple times in the same play, as the Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide Open gameplay apparently involves having 3-4 Defensive players lose their footing and allow a WR/RB to go 80 yards untouched on a play that should have gone for 2 yards.


The Jump the snap is equally cheesy as on the higher difficulty levels on Heisman and All American, the CPU will "jump the snap" on about 80% of the plays...and 100% of all "crucial game changing" plays.

It most defiantly was necessary, i want to know what the ncaa team is doing with their time. When it comes to madden i'm super stoked to play it because they've added all these things to the game that will make it awesome whereas ncaa we get oh it didn't make the budget or oh we didn't have the time. What it boils down to is ncaa just keeps coming up with excuses while madden is " If you see it on sunday, youll see it in madden"

Yes he comes on OS to tell us about uniforms and features that wont be in the game

a lot of those things they added(gameplay/animation wise) are also in NCAA. so i don't see your point. unless refs are that important to you?
