GIMP Walkthrough w/Screenshots

Okay I have a question. I have done this whole walkthrough and it has worked perfect. But for one of my logos I want to add a thin black border around it. I selected it then colored it black (like that one post a few pages back) but instead of a line around the logo it turned the whole thing black. Any help would be nice.

BTW great work and thank you a lot for doing this whole thing.

Then set your size, and i always check the two boxes, then fill in with your color

I have everything set with my logo but I want to make it bigger. I want it to take up the most space possible.

I have repaired Apple and MS based laptops at a repair facility and if money wasn't the issue I'd go Apple/MAC every time. Once you learn it, it really is better. I remember it took hackers three years to hack the Tiger OS, but by that time Leopard was about to release.

After fixing laptops, security and stability became a huge issue for me. Powerbook is the way to go.

Thanks for the tutorial. However on one of my logos it doesn't change the colors to what I want them to be. For example I'll try to paint can an area orange, but it will show up green? Any idea?
