ya i dont think the ncaa would allow that. i believe i may be wrong but adam saying something bout how they had it in not too long ago during a build and ncaa made them take it out. i would love for the option to come back tho.

i don't see why not. they could put in the exhibition section have a 4 team or a 8 team playoff for fun and giggles.

it would be a awesome idea but ncaa wont allow because theyre douchebags.

The NCAA won't allow it because it's a money maker and it's good business sense.

there was the tourney option in ncaa 2000 for the ps1
that was during the bcs era

NCAA 2001 for the psx:

You had a choice between tournament and bowl games. You could actually change your mind up until conference champion week. The game took the top 24 teams for the tournament. Teams 1-8 got a first round bye. The tournament games were played at bowl game sites with the semifinals and finals taking place at the major BCS bowls.

An exibition playoff would be worthless imo, you could just set that stuff up yourself.
