Are the rosters on teambuilder the ones being launched with the game?

I'm not a lawyer...but I bet this has a lot to do with the lawsuit. Which might also explain why they are not coming on here and commenting about it. They may not be allowed to.

It doesn't matter that much to me anyway since I will just download the rosters from someone with the names and all I just play it for OD.

Bingo.

But giving us the tools to do what they can't (i.e., make accurate rosters), which they're going to then host on their website, can't be much more legal than just doing it themselves in the first place.

Truth is...EA doesn't really know what's legal here. Until it's all tested, no one does for sure. Anyone who speaks in certainties is talking out their ***.

Same with Bama. The roster is completely accurate...although some ratings are way high.

People always freak out when the new recruiting class for their school isn't in the game and have been pointing to this as the reason the rosters aren't final. The teams in the game are only so big and only the big time recruits make it into the game as true freshman. I've been playing NCAA since 2001. It's always been like that.

Iowa's team is pretty much right except for Claybourn got screwed on the ratings a 70 he is at least 78 to 80 but the roster is pretty much right with some of our top recruits this year.
