Not many lower rated players with fast 40 times. Also awareness for recruits makes a lot more sense this year. You don't have 30-40 guys with A+ awareness. Only a few elite do...

last year u could sort recruits by their forty times. that is probably what he is referring to.

If speed still kills on the field it will always be a problem when recruiting!

Those are also last year rosters. So it doesn't matter, tomorrow when the real rosters are released then you can do that.
