I 100% share in your frustration over the product and how elements of this game that shouldn't have been touched turned out to be completely broken. If you have the time to continue calling Tiburon and if that feels productive to you, then by all means, continue to do so.
But for the rest of us, you know what your recourse is. GameStop is probably the most insidious force in the gaming industry because they drive game sales and completely take money out of the hands of publishers & developers (by selling one retail copy of the game over and over again) at the same time.
It's simple supply and demand. By trading in your game to GameStop, you place a used copy into the stream of commerce that will be bought by another consumer, in lieu of giving their money to EA. Also, the more people who trade the game in (and the earlier you do it, the more value you get), will tend to drive the price of the used game down more quickly, since GameStop will lower the price if they have dozens and dozens of games they paid to reacquire simply resting on their shelves.
I've been a loyal EA customer for years, but if you feel betrayed as a consumer: don't get angry, don't call people names, just trade in the game as early as you can bear it and do something better with your money. The money you would get in an exchange for NCAA could by you a used copy of Dead Space, Battlefield: BC, or countless other games, including the entire 2009 sports library from EA or 2k.

I disagree. I've been in big corporate structures my whole life and have learned one thing, **** runs down hill. If even 12 OS'ers call the owner of Tiburon 3 times each in one day, it's a huge waste of his time and a huge pain in his ***. At which point he will delegate someone below him to shut us up. Remember we aren't calling because we're impatient and want to know when the new update is coming, we want to know why the biggest selling point of the game was shipped broken and if they will fix it or not. We are loyal ea customers and deserve answers...
That will get results, I guarantee you.
