Really? I mean really? I would love to see you create a 3D interactive environment that looks half as good. I am not sure how they do this, but you try making something look real. You need to blend multiple textures, because using a single texture looks very unnatural. Its a balancing act.

Quite frankly the grass looks fine if it were not a proffessional football field (or turf).

I am buying this game, and I think NCAA 12 is the best game so far on next gen. The reason I personally get frustrated with EA with this particular franchise is that I've seen some of the products EA has come out with. FIFA is an absolutely amazing game, it feels realistic, looks realistic, and it makes strides every year. (That's probably because they've had to compete with PES but I digress). I guess the point I'm trying to make is that I compare this game to games like FIFA, and Madden and it just always feels like a disappointment compared to those games, and I KNOW EA can do a better job.

Now by judging on previous efforts from other games, as shown here, this is definatly a poor showing but that by no means makes it easy.

It's not the grass, it's the principal.

2K can put a game out with interactive sidelines, decent graphics, an amazing
crowd in APF2K8, (although the gameplay was the same as 2K5) but they can

It's been like 5 years since NCAA hit the Xbox 360, and the presentation
during the game play feels exactly the same. Crowds, sidelines, etc... It all

Let me just put it this way; If 2K was still around you best bet your ***
that we would have interactive sidelines, along with many other features
by now.

I miss the good ol' days when Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb compared
Madden and 2K... Those were the good days.
