I made a WR/OLB. All the passes go to the other WR.

i think overall the game is terrific the best one yet. but the fact that you can not do a multi-team offline dynasty is a major deal breaker for me.

Quick impressions after just a few HS games; for reference I am a balanced HB/MLB:

1. AI playcalling is an issue, although above posters mentioned this is better come the playoffs? Part of this is the quarters that are just too short. They will give me the ball maybe 10 times a game.

1(a) - if I have a gain of 10 yards or more, or run the ball a couple times in a row, the team subs me out for the rest of the offensive possession most of the time. If I'm lucky they will just sit me for 2 or 3 plays.
1(b) - I would recommend to people to turn OFF fatigue (it is set to ON by default). I think this helps your player stay in for more plays, otherwise you get subbed out a good bit more.
1(c) - generally in high school, teams play the run a lot more (at least when I was in HS). Yet even when my team is up by a good bit, they continue to pass. This does not seem realistic or even follow common sense--you'll want to keep the clock moving when ahead.

2. Defense is very hard. I'm lucky to get 2-3 tackles a game, which equates to 40 points toward recruiting. If anyone is able to get a very good scholarship (5 or 6 * school) playing defense I'd like to hear about it.

2(a) - it seems playing as a DL would be better. Anytime I get in the backfield, a lineman always gets to the QB just before I do.
2(b) - my player gets pushed around WAY too easily it seems. Anytime a lead blocker or lineman comes after me, he just shoves me out of the way and I get stuck in the falling animation.
2(c) - blocks in the back and holding penalties are NEVER called. I've noticed both a couple times a game, but apparently there are no penalties.

3. Quarter lengths definitely need to be customizable. This would likely solve the above two issues and allow for more realistic stats. Right now there just isn't enough time to get more than 20 plays per side in during a game (at most).

4. The bugs and glitches must be ironed out, of course. Thus far it has only happened once to me, but is still concerning.

So playing as A SS/HB player. In I high school I barely even get on the field. On defensive drives I come in on like 3rd downs only for some reason, and see the field maybe one play per drive on offense. wth is up with this? If this is standard, then so much for RTG this year then.

I was playing a speed HB (non-iron man) in highschool. And I would only play for 2-3 plays straight and then I'd be out for the next 4-5 plays. I think EA needs to increase the stamina rating for RTG. Anybody else encounter this?

I think the only solution is to just turn off Fatigue. That way maybe you can actually play more than 15 plays in a game, while playing both ways.

Small issue but would have been nice to see this in the game...

I simmed a season, turned the Mountain West into a 12 team confernece and had the Championship Game set up at Invesco Field (Colorado-Colorado State showdown stadium aka Denver Broncos field).

Two things bothered me about this Nevada vs. Boise St showdown

1. Nevada's uniforms still have the WAC patch on them even though they have been placed in the Mountain West

2. The field contained all Colorado and Colorado St banners and art work. The endzones said Colorado State and Buffalos....no visible Mountain West Championship logo.

I do appriciate that in the pre game scene the announcers did mention it was the Mountain West Championship game.

As I said very minor issues, but it would have been nice if these issues weren't present.
