I honestly don't think their should be an A+ overall coach.

Of the coaches I had rated as an A+ or A, where would you put them?

I'll check, but by looking at player progression it doesn't look too good.

I agree with this post. A+ means that's the best there is. It should be reserved for legendary coaches like Tom Osborne, Bear Bryant, Barry Switzer, etc...

I feel the same way about team ratings as well.
