On a good note the good player seem to be spread out.

FAU has the best QB

I think if we lower the coach ratings out of the box it may adjust progression enough to were it will be good.

That is if coaching prestige has enough of an impact on progression.

Here is the DCs. I am going through each coach to put in these ratings and then will simulate a few seasons to check the result.
