Same thing here, RTG QB had over 5000 yards passing and 60 TDs and lost to Ryan Broyles and his 1300 yards receiving. Won the next3 years though. In Dynasty Kendall Hunter had over 2700 yards rushing and broke his ankle in the Big 12 Champ. after rushing for over 100 yards. Didn't even get a vote after leading the last half of the year, but some how Weeden (QB) came out of nowhere to finish 5th.

Not that it should matter, but was your receiver on top of the depth chart? Or was he playing the slot?

Re: Okay, what the FFFF is up with Heisman Voting?

I have an even better one.

I was playing has Oklahoma in my first year dynasty. Landry Jones broke the NCAA Record for passing yards, finishing with 5994 yards to be exact, he also had 35TDs and 10INTs. He was in first place the entire season, then after I walloped Nebraska for 500+ passing yards in the conference championship, Ryan Mallet comes out of nowhere and wins the Heisman. He finshed the season with less than 4,000yds and less than 20TDs. He also had about 150yds in his last game...

You guys should post your season record and what bowl game you are going to. In real life they love to give the Heisman to someone in the Natl. Championship game.

Example, Mark Ingram over Toby Gerhart 2009.
Toby Gerhart: 1871 Yards, 27 TD
Mark Ingram: 1658 Yards, 17 TD

Wanna hear something screwed up? I was a QB for SMU in my RTG. I throw for 9000 yards and 85 TDs (playing on Pro+soft C-USA schedule+run and shoot offense), but I didn't win the Heisman. I came in second place to my #1 WR who only had 2500 yards, 23 TDs, and 97 catches.

This is something that is never brought up in these discussions. What were his return stats like?
