I tried both and the 5 sprint speed works well on either If CB jockey bothers you, go for normal, if not then go for slow. I went to 50 for acceleration on normal instead of 51 on slow, helps a little on the faster speed. In terms of difficulty, I didn't notice much of a difference between the 2 speeds.

So loving the sliders and my acceleration down to 45 sprint as 20/20

That acceleration reduction just brings ai down to realism and have felt in the game all the time against world class that would usually annihilated me lol, anyone struggling with fast ai and light feeling players try the latest sliders and knock GK to 55vand acceleration to 45

Just played a game with the recommended changes from matt wow what a game feels great!!! Will upload the game when it’s done plenty of midfield battles and felt like a good scrap!!

I'm really not happy with the gameplay I have to say. I don't know how you guys play that you are.

Legendary in Kick-off, on both slow and normal speed, slightly higher SS, pass speed and run frequency I get:
- Midfielders not marking runners to the box
- Players being static, and I mean STATIC, even on Fast Buildup or Long Ball, Direct Runs. There is no support at all. I get a ball and my teammates don't give me any options. Even on Possesion. They are always standing behind an opponent so they are not a pass option.
- Every CPU shot still goes in, even on the default OS settings for GK and Shot error
- Every game I have 60%+ possession even with worse team, but nothing from it because of the aforementioned.
-In addition, I wanna say I feel something like FIFA 20 1v1 defending. Only one defender gets engaged at a time.

Last match I was 2 up as Colchester against hadjuk split should of got hammered managed to hold lead till 2nd half
Then hadjuk being the better side got a penalty and pulled 3 goals back

All the time felt in the game absolutely brilliant for me

Sliders excellent as a base, now hopefully EA don't mess this up with patches as I'd be happy with how it is now
