The good news is, the developers posted that they are fixing the CPU hustle glitch for NHL 13.

You know....vs letting you just skate right on by from end to end....with anyone. Every time. To me anyway...this would nearly feel like a "Revolution" in gameplay at this point.
I agree. It is way to easy to gain the offencive blue line. I would love to be forced to dunk the puck in to the offencive zone and actually forecheck.

But not enough. They really need to address something like this, and add in morale, player motivation, clutch ability, finishing touch, etc... to make players seem like they have personality to them.

Unlike many other sports games, NHL feels 100% like a game, while in Madden, Fifa, MLB and even NBA, I've been able to feel like I'm managing people, not numbers.
The problem with the attribute slider is that it makes the superstars even better, but the scrubs are still doing things they'd only be able to do in a pond hockey game.

2K10 has it's flaws, but one things for sure, when you're controlling a scrub, they feel like a scrub and they play like one too even when controlled by the CPU.
