Re: AlTito's NHL 22 Sliders

Today, I lowered Hitting Power and Poke Checking Accuracy by 5. This concludes a few days of tweaking. The gameplay is now exactly where I want it to be, so don't expect any change coming this week. Having the sliders pretty much set once again, it will be good to only concentrate on playing the game and enjoy it. Have fun guys!

Thanks, great work as always Al_Tito! I just put in your slider set and played them the first time this year with NHL 22, they are playing great! Do you play this year on All Star or Superstar difficulty?

Hey Rengi! Thanks for the good words, great to hear that you are liking the sliders. I personally play on All-Star.

Really like both those changeS. Thanks bro. Always felt hitting was a little over powered.

Everything is playing out great especially regarding stats except for the amount of hits I get. I’m averaging close to 40 a game.

Not trying to always go for the hit and playing a more conservative style would certainly help you in that regards. I'm of course not saying that you should not hit, but if you go for the hit, you obviously have a good chance to get rewarded for one at the end. I play a more conservative style defensively, I don't change anything, it's simply my style of play. And I have no problem at all with my hits total. In fact, the CPU often out-hits me.

If you want to still be really agressive and still have a hit first mentality, then maybe lowering your own Hitting Power (only Human) to 10 or even 5 could help you. Like I said before, it looks like an easy fix and I encourage you to try it to see if it could improve things a bit on your side.

You are welcome! The game for me plays also really realistic and the stats look good. I scored my goals for the Isles on a variety of wrister, close in battle and screened shot, no cross-crease. I am having a blast with your slider settings in NHL'22!
