Sliders stop being used by the game ?

Does this work in franchise? And does this mean everytime you adjust the sliders you just save and then dashboard the game and then restarting it the slider update will work?

I think I just had this same thing happen to me. For awhile my games were playing great. The "bad" teams were playing "okay" and the good teams great.


Suddenly, it felt like every game was the same.

Playing as Chicago against Calgary:
Every penalty was against my team.
Going into the 2nd period, they are suddenly 3/4 on the PowerPlay.
They were outshooting me 18-5 end of the 1st.
Winning 3-1 in no time.
Amazing angle goals going in with ease.
Pass % was back in the mid 80's. (pass accuracy rating for CPU is 12??)

Prior to this, the CPU pass accuracy was mid to low 70s....they had a hard time scoring cross crease, the "weaker" teams looked it, etc..etc..etc.

What a frustration this has now become.

The key is here IMO is how the skating feels. When you notice the skating feeling loosey goosey and players not having any weight to them etc, time to dashboard the game and reload.

The times I have felt these things happen the most are when I'm playing a game, then pause it. Come back and have to reconnect my controller because it auto shut off. Also notice it even if my controller doesn't turn off, but if i pause for a few minutes then start back up.

If you go play an online game mode and come back to your season or franchise, it gets loosey goosey as well. It happened a few times to me after EASHL games.

A few times, i just went in and changed the game speed up, backed out, resumed the game, then paused put speed back to where it was and it was fine.

Id rather dashboard it and restart, that way everything should be fine.

Note to self, just play the games straight through, no pausing (long).. LOL

I had this game just where I wanted it with game play. Now it's all different. I'm playing as Pitts against Tor. Tor has out shot me by 10 in the first period.

The same thing happened the last two games. No matter how bad the team was, they played like superstars and was out shooting me by 10+ each game. Frustration at an all time high with this game now.

They skate unbelievable and can shoot and pass with extreme accuracy.

End of the first:

Tor pass %: 84.1 to my 78.3.
Shot Total: 11 to my 5
Penalties: Tor has 2 powerplays, I have zilch.

Few games back, the "bad" team was lucky to get in the mid 70's for pass %...now, things are just so different. Ugh!!
