LEC was a joy to play. Honestly wish it lasted a bit longer so i could get more matches in.

Imagine if we were able to choose our perks in ranked .. say you're Poirier and your opponent chose Khabib, you would choose certain perks to help you with your takedown defense etc OR risk being taken down but have more power and speed in your strikes. Be able to sacrifice one for the other based on your gameplan.. but it would take too long, it's a shame

Re: LEC is miles ahead of ranked

Not much to add here other than a vote of support. LEC was by far the most fun I've had in this game. Unfortunately, it was almost entirely because for whatever reason my LEC matches rarely lagged, while UT is entirely unplayable for me. Always.

The balance just felt right-- stamina, stats, speed. I think this is partly due to the low weight. HW by contrast really exaggerates any issues you might have with stamina, input delay, network lag, since it's so heavy and sluggish in comparison.

I think even stats were really nice. Maybe we all need to focus less on fighter stats and more on fighter move set, and also player skill. A great player should be able to beat you standing with khabib or on the ground with conor. As is, it feels really difficult to be successful outside of your fighters primary style, so we end up with a style matchup every fight. The mentality is usually "keep it standing" or "must get it to the ground". I really enjoyed the unpredictability of having even stats.

I also felt like i had way less lag than usual

Maybe 5 laggy matches out of like 80 which is a pretty darn low %

Usually I'd say about 25% of my matches have noticeable lag .... so def. seemed like a smoother experience in LEC like you said

Re: LEC is miles ahead of ranked

Glad everyone has been having fun inside LEC. TBH I was not sure how people would like where I set the attributes and it was more of a test to see where the mode stands amongst the sea of modes we have in EA UFC 3. Seeing the feedback here is great to see.

There will be more LEC events in the future for sure.

It could be but it's 9/10 JJ vs JJ which is boring as **** like every single fight with same fighters. There should been option to change fighter if opponent picks same, at least in ranked.

Reminds me of FN3 and I think undisputed you could do a training camp where you focus on one area but lowe others

So like you could get a 5% boost in TD/TDD but your striking would lower by 5%

I would love that for ranked.
