LEC is miles ahead of ranked

That's what I'd assume, but it took forever to find matches after 12 or so wins. I did start to see lag at 15, but even then, way less than usual, even when it took forever to find matches.

Not in the upcoming patch. It is mostly gameplay orientated changes.
