without footwork being tentatively focused on the game will remain broken on the feet

Certain strikes definitely have a "Magnetic" feel to them, overhands and headkicks especially. I don't think it's as big of a deal as people make it. The footwork in EA UFC 2 felt better, quicker and more responsive, however I think EA UFC 3's animations look better. The lunges are WAY better in 2, both in how effective they are, and how they look. I think footwork should be sped up in general, and the lunges from EA UFC 2 should return, and I think that would really help distance management.

im sorry but your wrong. distance management is not at a point in this game where grappling can be focused on because jujitsu is truly all about distance management. this applys to strikers. jujitsu is all about red zone green zone. this concept does not exist in this game. im highly surprised. im sorry but your statement clearly indicates you know nothing about fighting. footwork would help grapplers and strikers. you should be screwed at a green zone distance. please do not comment again. ypur lack of knowledge is apparent. even z hunter a blackbelt in bjj cant disagree with these concepts. let the hardcore mma fans do their job

magnetic striking isnt the problem. the problem is distance management. theres no viable tools to punish aggressive or defensive fighters. this is where this game has taken a step back and caused many unnecessary nerfs
