I'm thinking Nathan can somehow protect his body while in mid flight. In S1 he basically created a Sonic Boom getting away from HRG and the Haitian and was perfectly fine afterwards. You would think you could do some serious damage to yourself flying at that speed without protection (that sounds bad).

I'm glad Nathan is back. There are lots of opportunities for storylines with him basically torn between good and bad and his relationship with the all good Peter. Supposedly, Nathan starts off this season fighting some demons, which could easily take him down the bad path.

Interesting idea about Hiro being the real Kensei. Makes sense, but who is the lone ranger we saw at the end of S1 in Feudal Japan?

One thing I wondered after watching "How to Stop ..." again, if Peter can fly because he had absorbed Nathan's ability, why didn't he just fly up himself?

I don't think Hiro is the real kensei and that the lone warrior was him. My guess is that Kensei teaches Hiro everything he knows about combat which explains future Hiro's expertise in samurai.

He wasn't thinking properly. He was freaking out over the fact that he was going to destroy things therefore the idea to fly off himself probably was the least of his concerns.
