I shouldn't have said fun. I more meant that in an "empty beef" sense. Like they'd be getting personal but just in the raps and nothing in real life like 50 v Ja or anything like that.

I meant I hope we get some decent stuff from Wayne. Some hunger in his voice would be nice.

R.E.D grew on me, Yao Ming.

Annnd Carter IV isn't that bad. Sounded more like one of his mixtapes. I'm not sure what you guys expect from him lyrically.

Carter 1 & 2 were great and raised expectations...Then he releases Carter 3, I am not a human being and now Carter 4...He regressed IMHO

Unless the official album is much better.

I guess when ur the underdog you put ur best work out...

Yes, Carter 1 and 2 were great but that was like 6 years ago? I think we all can agree that he's been going downhill the past few years.

I agree, underdogs wanna shine. But Wayne can put out a verse of him muttering into a mic and giggling, people would still say he killed the track. What I'm saying is I don't believe he has that hunger like he use to.

Yea but after Carter 3 was released, he said in interviews that he was going to go back to the Carter 2 roots and was going to do an experiment album (the rock album) that he didn't want to be in "Tha Carter" series...So yea with those expectations yes, I am disappointed...
