I'm 2 episodes in to Jessica Jones and so far it's really good. I really like Krysten Ritter and this seems like the role she was born to play. Also, Kilgrave is going to be outstanding.

I just finished this series, it was much better then I expected going into it. If you like it so far you should enjoy it the rest of the way

If you have nothing better to do and have 2 hours to spare, Ridiculous 6 is actually kinda fun. Don't get me wrong, it may contain the most amount of mindless stupidity in the entire Happy Madison-verse but it never got dumb enough to just quit watching. It is overflowing with cameos from Sandler's friends including maybe the standout performance from Vanilla Ice as Mark Twain. If you want some low budget entertainment it's definitely worth checking out.

Yes, practically everyone from that group is in this movie. The only notable absences I can remember are Allen Covert and Peter Dante.

Beasts of No Nation

Netflix original film starring Idris Elba. Wow, if Netflix is starting to come out with quality films like this, it could shake up some things in the cinema world.

It wasn't produced or created or anything by Netflix. They just bought the distribution rights.

Quote:
Netflix bought the worldwide distribution rights for around $12 million. The film was simultaneously released theatrically and online through its subscription video on demand service on October 16, 2015,[16] with Bleecker Street handling the theatrical release.[17] Considering the online release a violation of the traditional 90-day release window of exclusivity to theatres, AMC Cinemas, Carmike Cinemas, Cinemark, and Regal Entertainment—four of the largest theatre chains in the United States—announced that they would boycott Beasts of No Nation, effectively downgrading it to a limited release at smaller and independent theatres
