Is there any way to get the CPU QB to scramble?

I'm starting to wonder, maybe it has to do with their Speed being higher than their Read Coverage?

I think you need to redo the consistancy rating of the higher rated qbs none should be under 90%.. They will make better decisions if you do that..

I think the bottom line is that if the defensive coverage is good, you're going to force the QB to run, but he's not going to do that as a first choice. My guess is if the pass read coverage is very high and the defensive coverage is adequate, he'll run some of the time, but still probably a minority of the time.
