Yeah well i called my gamestop andf the manager said "it has to be a mistake and th game is comming out july 28th"

I just called Gamestop and they said no matter what they have to honor the 19.99 price if you order it now. The only question for me is buy it for PS2, or buy it for the Box and purchase a Box as well.

I like EB because they don't have nearly the shipping quirks and release issues that Gamestop does. The EB closes to me also has lower used prices than the Gamestop.

EB also has "pre-order online, pickup in store" so I don't have to pay any shipping charges. I just go to the store and get it when the shipment comes in. It saves me from having to go to the store and put down a pre-order. I'm going to cancel my Gamestop pre-order and get it from EB since I won't have to pay shipping.

I'm hoping Sega and their partner in crime is gonna do a big job advertising. For the month before release we better see some great advertising with $19.99 plastered all over the screen. It's gonna come down to marketing, b/c for a casual gamer a game being $20 means itz either a Greatest Hit game or it's garbage. Here's to Sega making a final stand...hopefully it won't end like Custer's.

I pre-ordered the ps2 version at gamestop.com and it was $19.99.

Because I am using the "pre-order online, pickup in-store option". I paid in full and since they are shipping to the store, they only charge me sales tax and not for the shipping. Its just like going to the store and pre-ordering.
