This is the best Weekly Preperation for me. Only 5 players went down to negatives but I just had to tweak it a little to get ALL players (including bench) to stay at their normal rating or go higher. Thanks a lot!

How did you tweak the ratings?

I tried this too and it definitely gave a good boost overall, however everybody’s Stamina and Durability went down by 1 or 2. I'm a bit worried that that will lead to more injuries... does anybody know if this is a problem or not?

EDIT: Spelling

Yes, it does so I'm trying to find a way to get in a half day's rest. In my past game against the 49ers (as the Falcons), I lose Warrick Dunn, Phillip Buchannon (trade) and Jason Gildon (trade) to injuries.

26 of my 54 players stamina and durability lowered by 1.
3 of my 54 players stamina and durability lowered by 2.

I'm going to continue to try and tweak the preperation to get them some rest. If I make any progress, I'll reply.

Based on how frequently my players get hurt when I don't even do weekly prep, I may be looking to go the other way and increase durability.

I don't want them to get worse in other areas though... that's the challenge/fun of it I guess.
