due to the bad press...i'd say turn it off...but thats another thread


always go full pads on thursday...always review tape on monday

if they won...go light with drills on monday

i added no pads scimmages on friday. thursday partial pad scimmages and wednesday full pad scimmages. I will try full pads on thurday and partial on wednesday and post results. will not change anything else but that. i already do film on friday and light workouts depending on position

i do it is not perfect but i alway come out even or in the green which is positive no red anymore it would be a long post if i put on here but i will if needed and maybe somebody could help tweak it with me

"All my players progress except for about 2-3 bench players. Also, I used up all my hours and I didn't give any time off (for the 6 games I played I didn't get any bad effects for giving no time off). And I got a cut scene in the game where my players are like "yea, it's because of the workout" (something like that and after I got a td). Note: this is probably different for other teams, tweak it so it fits your team.

Monday:
Meeting- Happy
Conference- Happy
Film/ 2/ ALL WRS/ Coverage
Coaching Coverages
Film/ 2/ All/ DTS/ Pass blocking schemes
Film/ 3/ All/ Des/ route combinations
Weights/2 /all dts/ hamstring and quads
weights/ 1/ [censored] ss/ arms
"/"/cbs/hams and quads
(note it would be too long to put everything for monday, I had more films and weights so add to make sure everyone is having part in the workout)

Tues:
Full Drill/ 1/ 2nd team /no pads
weights/ 1/ all dts/ arms
pos drill/ 1/ all olbs/ beat the block
7 on 7/ 2/ all/ partial pads
full drill/ 2/ 1st team/ no pads
film /2/ all wrs/ coverages
pos drill/ 1/ all cs/ run blocking

Weds:

Alot of people at the GameFAQS boards say this works, i havent tried it yet.

It worked perfectly! It's great. Hopefully more people will get in here and post there workouts.
