Re: Weekly Prep Tips

What kind of preparation did you guys do for SS?

I'm having trouble finding a good routine for them. I tried a number of combinations with weights, film and drills sometimes concentrating on lower body or balancing it out or doing multiple drills etc. I still can't find improve them. Maybe it depends on the player? All help is appreciated.

Re: Weekly Prep Tips

Does anyone have any suggestions about raising your back=up players points?

Every starter goes up but all bench players go down at least one point and some go down 3 points.

Re: Weekly Prep Tips

why are you cheating? the fun about playing a Dynasty which you obviously are is through YOU running your team not someone else doing the work for you, Discover it on your own man, that takes away all the fun and the thought out of it.

Its Your Dynasty not someone Elses! Your the Coach man!

Re: Weekly Prep Tips

I've tried about 10 completely different preparation schedules now (some from online, some I worked out myself).

They all do roughly the same thing. All starters go up 2-5 points except the DTs and DEs, who go down 1 to 2 points.

Still trying to figure out how to get those linemen up.

Run drills with your 2nd and 3rd team. You may have to run the drills more than once a week.
