Apologies for the late response - uh, yeah - Raiders are good this year, lol. Or we were just that bad.

Thanks man - BYU is done, would love to continue it - but I have a bad habit of playing older games then making a dynasty - only to quit it because I was in nostalgia.

Besides, I sold my PS3 --- definitely in the market to buy another

I would follow a Matt10 franchise if it was on the Playstation 1...hell, Atari! I tried 2K5 for a time, but became frustrated with the customization issues it had. I too, fall victim quite often to the "nostalgia" sickness. You can never go back, can you?

Haha, I just saw this - and sorry it's late. Yeah, man - nostalgia, I just finished the game against the Jaguars. Will post soon.

Also, new reporting format to compensate for lack of "freedom" at another site - this way I can keep the format intact.

great dynasty , i have been following quietly since the beggining.
just a couple of questions though.
what difficulty do you play on ? also how did you create the rookies?
again great franchise , very entertaining, makes me wanna play 2k5 again

Thanks Dizzle. I play on a custom set slider created by Bill Harris - you can find them in the slider section under the NFL2k5 forum area.

I created the rookies from scratch thanks to the great NFL2k5 editor. Although I know there are some holes with names - but it has sufficed. I will not be creating rookies for the next draft class though.

Re: That's Football...That's Life:Matt10's Houston Texans (NFL 2k5)

Texans wide receiver, Patrick Turner, has been placed on the Injured Reserve (IR) list by Texans medical staff. Turner suffered a torn ACL that will leave him out for approx. 28 weeks.
Gary Kubiak on Turner: "We have lost a great receiver in a season where we need him the most. There's nothing he, or we, can do now to improve the matter - except to get rest and rehab."
Turner on his status: "I have never felt so useless as a player up until now - I had never gotten injured in college, and yet this is my worst injury to date. I just hope I can make a speedy recovery to show what I'm worth for next year."
